Single bent over row into Single bent over flyes – 7 reps each/per arm X 4
Lateral raises into Around the worlds – 7 reps X 4
Plate front raises – 8 reps X 3
Bicep into hammer curls – 12 reps X 3
Single rows – 7 reps per arm into Double Row – 7 reps – X 4
Lat pull down – 8-10 reps X 3
Face pull w lat pull down – 8 reps X 3
Stairmaster – 20 mins – 1 min walk/1 min skip a step lunges
Knee to elbow/foot to toe crunches
Sit ups through legs
