How do you make ZICO coconut water even better? Combine it with an energy boosting workout session. This workout, created by fitness pro Caroline Jordan (honored member of Team ZICO 2013), targets every inch of your body—butt, legs, hips, inner thighs, arms, abs, and heart—to build lean muscle and boost your metabolism, while also improving your core strength and cardiovascular fitness. This free workout only requires a bottle of coconut water and can be done at home or while traveling. Work through the series of squats, lunges, burpees, and jumping jacks once for a quick cardio workout or repeat the video 2-3 times for a longer sweat session. These moves will help you on your way to getting a strong, lean, powerful body with ZICO coconut water!
